#EpicenterExperience: Being a Social Butterfly During COVID-19 in NYC

Welcome to the second installment of our #epicenterexperience series!

Epicenter Experience is our newly launched video series where consumers like you tell us exactly what it has been like living in New York during the outbreak of COVID-19. How has the pandemic impacted you financially, emotionally, or physically? How do you cope with quarantine and social distancing? What would you like to change? The list goes on! Now join us in watching Neri Duliepre’s story below.

Neri Duliepre shares her experience and how she’s getting through the pandemic.

As a self-proclaimed social butterfly, Neri is a huge fan of getting out and being around people. For her, part of finding a new normal was appreciating what she had. She had meditated before, but usually just on Saturdays. Now, Neri meditates daily as a way to collect her thoughts and emotions. Practicing meditation and other forms of mindfulness is a great health practice, especially during such chaotic times. Ultimately, Neri reminds us both to be grateful for what we have and to care for the health of others.

Neri’s optimism is just what we need. Watch her video below for the full story!
